| Throughout the Pathways and Community
Outreach process, we want community members to be able
to receive updates and meetings notices as quickly
and cost effectively as possible. Constructive
feedback and comments from meeting participants are
welcomed. We also want those who have not attended
meetings through the Community Outreach process to
be able to provide input as well. Use this page
to contact us with information for which a forum for
input is not provided elsewhere on this website.
E-Mailing List Registration
If you
would like to have updates and other information e-mailed
to you, register to be on our e-mailing list. We
will be using e-mail as much as possible to provide
information more quickly and to reduce mailing costs.
If you do not have an e-mail address, we will be happy
to send information to you by postage mail. This
will be your quickest source of up-to-date information.
Please indicate in which community you are most likely
to attend a meeting. Meeting notice e-mails generally include dates for several locations.
E-Comment Form
An e-comment form is
available for constructive feedback and input on this
process and the Pathways discussion topics. Please
provide your e-mail address and name. The database
will only accept comments if you have previously registered to be on our e-mailing list. It will not accept anonymous comments. Choose the
topic that most closely matches the subject of your
comments or feedback. Please
fill out a separate e-comment form for each topic on
which you would like to comment. Comments are
added to a database. If you need a reply, please e-mail us directly
at pathways@ccg.carr.org. You will not get a response using the e-comment form.
