Participants and other community members will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the concepts, ideas, and options included in the draft plan document.  Once a preliminary draft is complete, the Carroll County Planning Commission will provide a 60-day period during which it will seek the community's feedback on this draft.  This feedback will be by the Planning Commission to identify revisions that might need to be made before developing a final draft.
