Design-a-Cover Art Competition

Design a cover for the Carroll County Comprehensive Plan, or “Pathways” plan. This is a good individual project. The art submitted by the overall winner will be used for the cover of the Pathways plan. Several other winners will have their artwork used in other places in the plan or during the planning process.

Look for information on this competition to be available in spring 2006.
