Special Places Questionnaire

This questionnaire focuses on identifying the “special places” in our communities. Special places can be any number of places that define a community’s uniqueness and values. Identifying special places in your community helps to focus in on the places that need to be protected or preserved, the places that capture “quality of life” for a community, and the places that bind the community together.

Please fill out the following questionnaire to help us identify the special places in your community.  Responses can be filled out using the form below or you can click here to download a PDF and send it in by mail to the address below:

Brenda Dinne, Bureau Chief
Bureau of Comprehensive Planning
225 N. Center Street, Room 204
Westminster, MD  21157
pathways@ccg.carr.org

The original deadline for responses was December 31, 2005.  The purpose of that deadline was to be able to incorporate the information and responses received into the materials or Spring 2006 Grassroots Gatherings discussions.  Click here to download the results of surveys received as of December 31, 2005.

Youth may continue to participate through the activities on this web site.  The subsequent responses and materials from these activities will still be incorporated into the overall input received as part of this process.
